Change of Mind
If your item has not been unboxed and packaging remains intact, we are able to return the item for a full refund, if notified within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item has been unboxed and is unused, we can provide a credit or refund minus a restocking (retesting, repacking, administration) fee, if notified within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Your refund or credit will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.
Transit Damaged Products
If you notice a product has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must report it to the driver on site or our customer service team, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Damaged products are not to be installed/connected/used.
Of course, nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a “consumer” under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:
“Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (“Consumer Guarantees”). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
To return your product, you can do so either by post or courier service or by visiting our office in Brisbane.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
