We’re not able to deliver to PO (Post Office) Boxes or to a transport/freight company address.
Please allow 1 working day for us to process and pack your order.
If you select “Local Pickup” at checkout, please do not arrange a transport/freight company to pickup your order. It will be packed suitable for hand carry only. It will not be packed suitable for a courier eg labelled, sealed carton with padding for rough handling.
After you receive your order is “Completed” email you can pickup. Please see our Contact page for our address, parking and store hours.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take up to 2 days after you receive your shipping notification for your tracking details to become active with the courier or postal service. Once you have received your shipping notification, please allow:
Metro delivery within 3-5 business days
Regional delivery within 7-10 business days
Delivery within 10-20 business days
Shipments are marked “Authority to Leave“.
Also known as Safe Drop, ‘Authority To Leave’ means that the courier can leave a parcel at a recipient’s home if nobody is home. The courier will only leave the parcel if there’s a safe place on the property.
If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby location.
All deliveries are subject to potential delays in transit eg natural disasters. We always strive to ensure on-time delivery, but there may be instances when packages may be delivered past the estimated date.
